What does $30,000 get me?

A focused 90-day build of one function. A senior operator who has done it before sets the direction and joins the moments that matter, while an execution team does the hands-on build. You get the systems, the process and a documented handover, and your team is trained to run it. Deeper scope and add-ons are priced in your proposal. $30,000 is the starting point, not the ceiling.

How is this different from a consultant or a fractional executive?

What is a Bench engagement?

A short, focused project, usually 90 days, where you help a growing business build a real function. You bring the experience. We bring the project around it.

How do I get paid?

Per engagement, for the work you do and the phase you are in. As your project flow builds, several engagements at once can add up to serious income, earned part-time.

How much time is expected?

It is light and phased. As a Player Lead you might give two to three hours a week to the decisions and the customer-facing moments. Execution work is more hands-on. Because the senior input is light, you can be involved in several projects at once.

What if I get another role?

You take it, with no strings. The work is phased and bounded specifically so that a full-time opportunity is never a problem. If a client wants to hire you permanently, even better.

Will my name be public?

Only with your permission. We never feature or name an operator who has not agreed to it.

Do I have to sell or find clients?

No. Sales partners and the team source the work. If you would like to bring in opportunities and earn from them, you can opt into that, but it is never required.
