Not sure yet, or a broader need
Growth, capacity, something not working, a new site or market, or you are still working out the shape of help. Tell us what is going on and we will help clarify the best route.
How we work
Every business starts the same way, whether you are an owner-operator, a growing team or a larger organisation. Tell us what needs to happen. The Bench helps work out the right people and the right shape of support. You do not need to know the answer before you begin.
People show the work they have done. Businesses explain what needs to happen. The Bench finds the overlap.
Describe what is going on in the business, or pick what is closest. You do not need to know the solution yet.
The Bench clarifies the underlying outcome, the work that matters, and what kind of support actually fits.
People show the work they have done in Atlas. We look for relevant recorded work and permission to introduce.
That might be a full-time introduction, fractional support, a focused team, or a conversation to diagnose first.
Growth, capacity, something not working, a new site or market, or you are still working out the shape of help. Tell us what is going on and we will help clarify the best route.
Paste a job description if you have one, or describe what you are hiring for. We work out what the role really needs and can talk to you about people in the network whose recorded work matches.
You do not choose these upfront. The Bench works out the right shape after understanding the need.
The Bench identifies people whose recorded work is relevant to what you need and makes the introduction. You meet them, run your hiring process and decide whether to hire.
We are not a full-service recruitment agency. The model is a relevant introduction based on work and outcomes, with your company continuing its own process.
An experienced person joins for a defined need, period or outcome. One operator with relevant work behind them, brought in to move a specific piece of work forward.
A focused combination of people assembled around a more complex business problem. The team shape follows the work, not a fixed package.
Sometimes the first step is a conversation, a working session, or experienced input before committing to a hire or a larger engagement. That is often the right place to start when the need is still unclear.
For some delivery work, we still use Sprint, Build and Run to describe how an engagement runs: a sharp Sprint to get moving, a Build to stand something up, or Run to keep execution moving. They describe how we work behind the scenes, not three products you choose on the way in.
Tell us what needs to happen. We will help work out the right capability and the right way to engage it.
